PointVerse is provided to help users track basketball game scores, shot clocks, and player stats. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
User Input and Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of any text data you input, such as team and player names. This data is used solely to generate game statistics and scoreboards within the app.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
To improve app performance and stability, PointVerse uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may collect anonymized crash logs, app usage data, and general device information. This information is used solely for technical and analytical purposes and is not linked to your identity.
No Account or Registration
The app does not require account creation or login, and no personal user data is stored externally or linked to an individual.
Limitation of Liability
PointVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Age Restrictions
The app is intended for users aged 4 years and older. Use by younger children should be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
